New Delhi: The Paris Paralympics 2024 shifted its action on the fourth day, it created a lot of excitement and mouthwatering competition for the upcoming matches which also included the knockout matches in para-badminton. The Indian para-shuttlers have qualified in seven medal matches which will be held on Monday.
Talking about para-athletics which are concerned, Ravi Rongali failed to assure the country a medal by finishing in the fifth position although making his personal best record by throwing at a distance of 10.63m in the summit clash of the men’s shot put F40 category.
Now the action would shift to the fifth day, where the Indian para-athletes would be participating in the six medal matches whereas the mixed double SH6 pair of Nithya and Sivrajan would also participate in the bronze medal match.
At the same time, the Tokyo Paralympic champion Sumit Antil and the silver medallist Yogesh Kathuniya will also target to defend their medals at the Paris Paralympics 2024.
