Paphos police arrested a 32-year-old man on Sunday for an investigated case of burglaries and thefts.
According to the police, the owner of a flower shop reported a break-in and thefts from his premises between August 27 and 28.
Additionally, a restaurant owner also reported thefts from his premises on the same dates.
Police secured testimony for both crimes against the permanent resident of Paphos who was located by police around 7pm and taken into custody.
During the arrest of the 32-year-old, was found in possession of a prohibited knife. The man, who was arrested while driving, also tested positive in a drug test.
