PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — From hip hop to indie rock, Portland concertgoers will hear a bit of every genre through September.

Gracie Abrams’ sophomore album “The Secret Of Us” garnered critical acclaim from Rolling Stone, the Associated Press and NME. The 24-year-old musician’s work has been described as “sad-girl pop,” akin to Taylor Swift, who she opened for last year.

After releasing two joint projects, “We Don’t Trust You” and “We Still Don’t Trust You,” rapper Future and producer Metro Boomin are advancing their collaboration with a joint tour. Fans can expect to hear the most popular songs including “Like That” featuring Kendrick Lamar and “Fried (She A Vibe).”

The Script is embarking on its seventh tour for its seventh album “Satellites.” The Dublin-formed band is best known for their early 2010s hits “Breakeven” and “For the First Time.”

California native Tori Kelly shared her Y2K-inspired, self-titled album earlier this year. On her current tour, she is singing new tracks along with some from previous records like “Hiding Place” — which won the 2019 Grammy for Best Gospel Album.

Indie rock artist Mitski will perform songs from her heartfelt album “The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We” nearly a year after its release. The singer-songwriter’s most popular track is “My Love Mine All Mine.” The song earned her her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100.

Born as Donald Glover, Childish Gambino is stopping in the Rose City for his first tour in five years. In addition to his music, the artist is known for his acting in shows like “Community” and “Atlanta.”
