The NFL is back for another season, and so is Inside the NFL, the weekly companion series. Below, we've outlined everything you need to know about how to watch Inside the NFL from anywhere.
In its 40+ years on air, Inside the NFL has become a staple of NFL companion coverage. The series started on HBO before heading to Showtime, then Paramount+, and now The CW. The show has had many hosts and is currently helmed by retired NFL safety Ryan Clark. He is joined by fellow former NFL players Chad Johnson and Chris Long. For the first time this season, former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is joining the lineup of analysts, so it's safe to say that the weekly breakdown of the NFL season will be chock-full of expert commentary.

Season 47 of Inside the NFL airs on Fridays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW in the United States. This is a new timeslot for the show, which is in its second year on The CW. Cord-cutters can catch the show through a couple of means. If you're hoping to watch it live, you can subscribe to a live TV package like Fubo, which is one of our favorite cable alternatives and made our list of the best sports streaming services this year. The sports-friendly streamer offers more than 180 live channels, including The CW. Subscriptions cost $79.99 a month, but you can try it out for free for one week if you're a first-time customer.
New programming from The CW is also usually available to watch for free on cwtv.com the next day, so if you don't mind waiting a day, you will most likely be able to catch new episodes here over the weekend with no account creation required.
If you'll be away from the US when a new episode drops, you can still keep up with your usual streaming options using a VPN (virtual private network). VPNs let you temporarily change your device's virtual location so that you can keep up with your go-to websites and apps from anywhere (and upgrade your online privacy, to boot). We recommend giving ExpressVPN a try since it's easy to navigate and comes with a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee. You can check out our ExpressVPN review for more info, and keep reading to learn how VPNs work.
Note: The use of VPNs is illegal in certain countries, and using VPNs to access region-locked streaming content might constitute a breach of the terms of use for certain services. Insider does not endorse or condone the illegal use of VPNs.
