Love Island’s Matilda shared cryptic dig at Sean hours before she announced split – did you spot it?
MATILDA Draper appeared to make a cryptic dig at Sean Stone hours before the couple announced their split.
The Love Island stars confirmed their break up earlier this week but it seems Matilda hinted at the news before going public.
She took to Instagram to share snaps from her recent girls’ trip to Ibiza and added a telling caption.
Matilda wrote: “Sea u later x.”
Hours later she posted a statement telling fans she and Sean had called time on their romance.
She said: “Just wanted to come on here to tell you guys that Sean and I have decided to part ways.
“We are still good friends & I’m so grateful to have shared such an incredible experience with him.”
Matilda also appeared to take two huge swipes at Sean after the announcement.
Firstly she shared a stunning selfie from her holiday sound-tracked by Prospa’s Motions, which features the line: “Going through the motions, please don’t play me like a fool.”
Then Casa Amor girl Diamanté, who famously clashed with Sean and Matilda during the dramatic recoupling episode, shared a picture on Instagram with Matilda.
She captioned it: “we’re like… so in love!
Sean and Diamanté did hit it off in the sister villa, but Sean decided to stick with Matilda and then faced a verbal assault from his Casa squeeze.
Fans couldn’t help but laugh at the timing of the upload.
