Chairing the first of the six regional meetings, Shobha Karandlaje, minister of state for labour and employment said states have a critical role to play in the successful implementation of the labour reforms and the objective of these regional meetings is to closely intercat with states, identify gaps, address concerns and draw up the way forward in a collaborative manner.
