In 2022, Norris launched D’Z Marine Services, a mobile yacht repair business that offers a wide range of services, including heaters, plumbing, mechanical surveys, gas and diesel systems, electronics installation, and more. The company represents reputable brands such as Blue Sea Systems, Yanmar, Raymarine, and Mercury, ensuring that clients receive the best possible products and services.

Building on the success of D’Z Marine Services, Norris recently registered a second business called Marine Management Specialists. This new venture complements his first by offering comprehensive marine management and concierge services.
