The Coasters are looking for a Matchday Stadium Announcer, Matchday Commentator and Matchday Hospitality Compere to join the team with summaries of each role and how to apply below.
Matchday Stadium Announcer:
As matchday stadium announcer you are the voice of the club on matchdays. From welcoming the fans into the stadium, announcing the teams, talking through the half time entertainment and keeping everyone updated on match progress such as goal scorers and added time, the stadium announcer is a key component to the fans matchday experience.
Matchday Commentary – Coasters Live Radio presenter:
As part of our matchday radio commentary service – Coasters Live – you will bring our matches to life with live commentary of both our home and away games to fans that cannot make the game live and have tuned in to listen to the match. Your commentary is also used on National League TV for all our home games.
Matchday Hospitality Compere:
As Matchday Compere, you are the host in our premium hospitality facilities. You will specialise in making guests feel welcome, interviewing our first team manager and man of the match and keeping our VIP’s updated throughout the day which are all key components of the role.
About you: For all of the above roles, we are looking for:
-Relevant experience within a sporting environment or event
-Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
-Good attention to detail and time keeping skills
-Understanding of what is needed within the specific role
-Media qualification and background
