Carol Stump, age 69, a resident of Portland, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023 at The Waters of Dunkirk. Carol was born December 8, 1953, in Portland, the daughter of Dale Arnold, Jr. and Theda (Masonbrink) Arnold. She worked for Pennville Custom Cabinets and retired from Marsh. She married Martin “Marty” Stump on March 12, 1978.
