LATHAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Police have made a second arrest in connection to the robbery at Dick's House of Sport in Latham.
Lyric Jones, 21, of Albany, was charged with robbery, assault and criminal possession of a weapon. She was sent to the Albany County Jail with bail.
Police said a group of five suspects assaulted a father and son who had just purchased a limited edition pair of Nike Air Jordans.
"Where the fight started was right next to the baseball section, and when they started fighting, bodies were thrown into the bat rack and bats were strewn all over, and the suspects picked up those bats and took that opportunity to start hitting the victims with the bats," Colonie Police Lt. Anthony Sidoti explained.
Kyle Fowlkes, 19, was arrested on Saturday in connection to the alleged crime.
