The Patriots on Wednesday made two additional cuts to make room for the waiver claims they made.
New England released defensive tackle Trysten Hill, guard Michael Jordan, wide receiver Jalen Reagor and cornerback Isaiah Bolden, the team announced.
The Patriots also claimed four players off waivers, including two offensive linemen. The moves put the roster at 53 players.
Hill signed onto the Patriots' practice squad last season and appeared in one game. He did not record a statistic, but he signed a reserve/future contract after spending most of the season on the practice squad. The former Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle often was the odd-man out among other standout interior defensive linemen.
Jordan signed with New England this offseason after stints with the Cincinnati Bengals, Carolina Panthers and Green Bay Packers. Jordan primarily took reps with the second- and third-string offenses.
Neither Hill nor Jordan were present during the media portion of practice Wednesday, according to multiple reports.
