POTEAU, OKLAHOMA — Carl Albert State College is proud to announce that 11 of its standout softball players have been honored as Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes for the 2023-24 academic year. This prestigious recognition, awarded by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), highlights the dedication and academic excellence of collegiate student-athletes across the nation.
This year, a record-breaking 8,054 collegiate student-athletes from institutions across the country earned the Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors. The accolade is awarded to student-athletes who have achieved a GPA of 3.5 or higher, demonstrating their ability to excel both on the field and in the classroom.
The CASC softball team ranks #23 with a 3.557 GPA out of all junior colleges. Carl Albert State College’s Easton honorees include:

The Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete program recognizes the academic prowess of student-athletes in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), as well as in other divisions across the country. The NFCA continues to set the standard for student-athlete success, and Carl Albert State College is honored to have its athletes represented among the nation’s best.
