Emily Ratajkowski is sadly no stranger to being mom-shamed, but her rare post with her son Sly shows she doesn’t care. She’s having fun with her son, and doesn’t care what the trolls have to say about it.
On Aug 27, Ratajkowski shared a series of rare snapshots of her and her son. She shared the adorable photos to her Instagram with the caption reading, “‘famiwy’ as sly would say.”
In the first photo, we see Ratajkowski and Sly looking as precious as can be while playing in a bubble bath together, both making silly faces for the camera. We also see two pics side-by-side: with Sly at two years old on the left side, and Ratajkowski at five years old; and they look so alike already!
We then end with a truly heartwarming photo of the mother-son duo doing a silly face with their hands as claws. Truly, these two are living their best lives, and these rare pics prove it!
For those who don’t know, Ratajkowski shares one son named Sylvester Apollo, born in March 2021, with her ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard.
In a previous Instagram story response, Ratajowski shut down mom-shamers, talking about how she often gets shamed for anything she does as a mom, saying, “We are all reflecting back on shaming Britney and calling her a bad mom when she drove with her baby in her lap. We talk about how we have to ‘do better’ as a culture.”
She added, “Meanwhile, my comments are filled with awful remarks about how I don’t deserve to be a mom. Shame on you all.” Ratajkowski added that no one deserves to be told by strangers that they’re a “sh-tty mother.”
