Wolves have been boosted in their hopes of landing Burnley star Luca Koleosho as the player is ‘not happy’ that the Clarets turned down a bid from the Premier League side.
Burnley are working on a number of transfer fronts as the end of the transfer window approaches and several of their players are attracting attention.
Teenage winger Koleosho is wanted by Premier League side Wolves, who have already been in to Burnley with a bid.
That proposal was knocked back and, according to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Koleosho is ‘not happy’ about Burnley turning down the bid.
Koleosho ‘wants the move’ to Molineux and is keen for Burnley to agree with Wolves over a deal.
It is expected that there will be some movement following the EFL Cup game between Wolves and Burnley on Wednesday evening.
Koleosho has played in two of Burnley’s three Championship games so far and scored against Cardiff City.
Burnley still have the winger under contract for a further three years and will want any fee to reflect that.
