Tottenham Hotspur will be hoping to move Sergio Reguilon on this summer, and it sounds like the Spaniard may end up in Turkey for the new season.
It has been clear for a couple of years now that Reguilon has no future at Tottenham. The left-back spent the 2022/23 season on loan with Atletico Madrid, before temporary spells with Manchester United and Brentford last term.
A number of clubs have been linked with Reguilon so far this summer, but the latest reports appear to suggest Turkey could well be the likely destination for him to play football this season.
According to A Spor, Besiktas are the latest club to add the 27-year-old to their shopping list as they look to bring in a new left-back before the transfer window closes, but they may face competition from rivals Galatasaray.
Reguilon is just one of the options on their list, but it is thought the coaching staff at Besiktas are keen on the Spurs man and talks may yet commence in the near future.
It was reported by Football Insider over the weekend that Reguilon is near ‘certain’ to be leaving Spurs this summer, with Barcelona among those interested in signing him.
Barca’s interest is backed up by Sport (via Sport Witness), who claim Hansi Flick is considering the former Real Madrid man as he looks for cover at left-back.
Meanwhile, Fabrizio Romano has told The United Stand that there could be an opportunity for Reguilon to rejoin Manchester United.

We simply have to get Reguilon off our books this summer, and it has to be a permanent move, too.
His contract runs out next summer, and it would be really frustrating to lose him for nothing if we can only get a loan deal sorted this summer.
