THIS is the disturbing moment a mum caught a creepy hotel worker sneaking into her room and stealing her knickers.
Brit Rara Armstrong, 39, was on holiday in Benidorm with her 11-year-old son when she was left horrified after filming the thief going through her bag of dirty laundry.

Rara, from Gloucestershire, claims her horror ordeal started when she checked in to the Ambassador Playa II hotel for a family holiday.
At the front desk she says she was approached by a male receptionist who asked to take her for a drink before trying to get her phone number.
Left baffled by the member of staff’s unprofessionalism, Rara refused and went back to her room.
Later on, she claims the man looked her up on OnlyFans, where she has an active account, and followed her page.
Rara says despite alarm bells ringing she didn’t make a formal complaint as she didn’t want to ruin the first day of the holiday for her son.
As the days went by, Rara continued to feel watched by the staff member and even explicitly asked him to “leave her alone”.
Messages released by Rara show conversations between the two including one where he calls her “really sexy” and another of the man saying he is “not stalker”.
On the final day of the five-day trip he allegedly tried to make a grovelling apology by sending up a bottle of prosecco to her room.
Rara says she felt he had entered their room while they were out to hand deliver the bottle.
It made me feel horrible, I felt so violated

This left her worried about the ease of which he could enter the room so she set up a camera to make sure they were left alone.
Rara used her son’s iPad to film the door to their room before they went out for the evening.
Only 15 minutes into the night, footage caught a man sneaking into the room.
Disturbing video shows the staff member in a shirt and trousers entering and appearing to go through Rara’s possessions off camera.
The horrified mum says as it was the final day most of her dirty clothes were bagged up and ready to leave the next day.
As the footage continues, the unnamed man can be seen holding a pair of black knickers in his hand before bringing it up to his face several times.
The receptionist keeps on rummaging through bags and even goes inside what looks to be the bathroom during his almost two minute search of Rara’s room.
He then stuffs the underwear into his pocket before sheepishly sneaking out of the room.
Speaking on the moment she watched back the chilling video Rara said: “It made me feel horrible, I felt so violated. I was there with my son and this man was meant to be (a member of) staff.
“He basically comes in and he starts going through my stuff. He goes off camera and there’s a rustling.
“He went through my laundry bag and got a thong that I’d worn and started sniffing them.
“He carries on snooping, I don’t know what he was looking for.
“As he leaves, he puts them in his back pocket. It was crazy. I wasn’t expecting something like that.”
Rara has been trying to warn others to stay safe from ‘creeps’ on holiday[/caption] The worker is even seen bringing the clothes up to his face in the footage[/caption]Rara says her real concerns over the male member of staff first started when she noticed he had found her OnlyFans account just hours into her stay.
Rara explained: “He was (looking me up) online. I said ‘this is making me really uncomfortable and it’s really unprofessional’.
“I’m here with my son and this isn’t acceptable, and he was like ‘oh I’m so sorry, please don’t tell anyone’.
“I said I won’t but please leave me alone.”
After she noticed the bottle of wine in her room, Rara messaged the man again to ask if he was responsible.
He reportedly replied: “Yeah, I just wanted to say sorry for upsetting you.”
Rara said it made her feel “really violated and scared” knowing how easily he accessed the room.
The concerned parent says she reported the man using the footage once she got home to the UK and LoveHolidays, who she booked the trip through, apologised.
They also told her the hotel fired the man immediately the next morning.
However, they say they can’t refund the trip or offer any compensation to Rara as she didn’t report the incident to them or police before leaving Benidorm.
Rara claims she was forced to wait until her flight landed as she only checked the footage on the day she was due to fly home.
Concerned that reporting it would take some time, the mum decided to wait so she didn’t miss the flight home.
My advice to others would just be to be really vigilant. If someone is being creepy towards you, report them straight away

The mum now hopes to warn other women that in order to clamp down on “creeps” on holiday they should immediately report any concerns.
She also advised more women to set up cameras if they suspect something is wrong.
Rara continued: “The hotel are saying they told me to call the police and I refused, which is a complete lie.
“They basically told me not to show the video to anyone. It’s been a real nightmare getting any sort of justice from it.
“My advice to others would just be to be really vigilant. If someone is being creepy towards you, report them straight away.
“And maybe record your room, that seems to be a good thing to do so then you have evidence and the hotel can’t deny that it’s happened.”
The Sun has reached out to the Ambassador Hotel Playa II to comment.
A LoveHolidays spokesperson explained they were unable to offer any compensation due to no police report being made.
The spokesperson said: “We are very sorry to hear of Ms Armstrong’s experience while on holiday.
“Unfortunately we were not made aware of the incident while she was on holiday, so we were unable to provide her with support or advice on making a police report during her stay.
“We have fully investigated the issue with the hotel and are confident the appropriate action has been taken to ensure this does not happen again.”
