It’s a black and white photo which sees Liam, 51, and his older brother Noel, 57, standing side by side.
The picture was taken last month and sees the brothers shooting serious looks towards the camera.
Both the Gallagher brothers stand in jackets and jeans with their hands in the pockets in a photo that feels like no time has gone by at all.
Sources told The Sun the atmosphere was “electric” when the siblings finally got together in the same room.
The brothers secretly met for a historic photoshoot to go with the posters which will be released for their tour next year.
Our source added: “It was a pinch me moment to have Noel and Liam together.
“It has taken a lot to get them to this point but they’re thinking of the fans.
“The shoot was top secret and barely anyone knew about it. For their fans to see them together again will be an amazing sight, the atmosphere in the room was fizzing, it was electric.
“Once the announcement is made and their fans are rushing out to buy the tickets the hard work will start as they get ready to start performing together again.
“It is something so many people never thought would happen. But now the brakes have been taken off – and it’s going to be mad.”
