IT’S such a gamble shopping at TK Maxx.
So it’s no wonder one woman was delighted when she spotted a designer bag hiding in her local store.
Abi took to TikTok to share her epic buy, as she wrote over the top of the video: “Sorry, what?
“MJ tote in TK Maxx?”
The Marc Jacobs bag featured “The Tote Bag” written on the front in cream, as well as cream edges.
And it had been reduced from £219.99 to £176 in the clearance section – judging by its red clearance sticker.

“Could NOT believe my eyes!”
While there were tonnes of fashion fans in the comments section who were impressed with Abi’s find, others insisted they knew why it had been reduced.
“Because they’re not fashionable now,” one grumbled.
“That’s pricey. Not worth a red sticker,” another said.
“Still too much lol,” a third laughed.
As someone else said: “Reminder that not every TK Maxx is the same”.
“Could be marked down in one store but not others.
“This just means it’s been in store longer than 6 weeks so got marked down.”
However, others were more concerned about planning their next trip to their local TK Maxx to hunt for the Marc Jacobs bag.
“WAIT WHAAAAT?!” one wrote.
” OMGGG!”
“I’m running there,” another added.
“You are so lucky,” a third sighed.
“Omg, lucky you!” someone else praised.
“Paid £300 for that bag!” another admitted.
“They have a couple of the Marc Jacobs bags online too!” someone else advised.
On the TK Maxx website, there’s a camel coloured tote bag on offer for £179.99.
While the one that Abi found is still priced at £269.99.
There are also the Snapshot bags for £249.99, down from £335.
And the Marc Jacobs purses are £89.99 instead of £125, while the plainer emblem wallets are £109.99, down from £150.
TK Maxx is known for its incredible designer bargains, and its clearance prices, but you often have to search hard to find the impressive products.
