A FITNESS lover, 58, has said she still feels ”hot” despite cruel tolls saying she looks 20 years older.
Certified weight loss coach and health whizz Elizabeth Resnick revealed that no matter what the haters have to say, she loves her body, proudly showing it off on Instagram.
The fit blonde, who recently celebrated her 58th birthday, shared an inspiring message on her platform, reminding everyone to be kinder to themselves.
”You can love your body AND your life. At any age.”
The 5’1” fashionista also urged others to not listen to what the trolls tell them about their dressing sense, whether that’s a skimpy dress or sexy bikinis.
”And wear whatever you damn well please!” Elizabeth said, posing in a racy two-piece with thong bottoms.
The gorgeous blonde, who aims to walk between 10k to 15k steps a day, has also been very vocal about the plastic surgery and other beauty enhancements she’s had done over the years.
”I’ve had breast implants – clearly, I’m not hiding anything.
”I do get regular Botox – that’s why my forehead is nice and smooth,” she chuckled in the clip responding to a viewer.
But while the mum-of-two loves to workout to look her best and most sexy, she admitted that her love for fitness goes beyond aesthetics.
”It’s about so much more than looking cute in a bikini (although not gonna lie, that feels amazing.)
”It’s about feeling strong, confident and energised every damn day.
”I’m five years post menopause and I’ve never felt better. Everyone deserves to feel this amazing!”
To help fellow social media users feel their best, whatever their goals are, the exercise fanatic also regularly shares scrumptious and nutritious recipes, such as peanut butter cookies with 8g of protein per cookie.
According to the mum-of-two, thought to be from the US, you should ”prioritise protein” and build your meals around protein-rich foods, such as meat, fish and eggs, as well as nourish your body with ”colourful produce”.
On top of a clean diet and up to 15k steps every day, the fitness lover also swears by daily resistance training, which she does just for a mere 10 minutes.
However, despite the inspiring and positive message, the 58-year-old has also fallen victim to vicious trolling online, with meanies saying she looks older than her years.
One brutal bully said: ”She looks more like 78. Fix them helium balloons.”
Another agreed, writing: ”You actually look a lot older than 58…..”

Times have changed since 2015 when Protein World spent £250,000 on an ad campaign of a slim 20-something bikini clad model asking the reader “Are you beach body ready?” The uproar that followed about the objectification of women was global. Branded offensive, irresponsible and harmful, the verdict on the campaign and the social media uproar was well documented, and rightly so.
Now, I am happy to say that all sizes of women are represented in swimwear across the media landscape. Brands like JD Williams, In The Style and New Look, to name just a few, all work with models of all sizes and ages to promote their swimwear.
My social media feed is also full of ladies of all ages and sizes looking Fabulous in their swimmies. What started out as a trickle of shy bikini-clad selfies has now become a body-positive movement that makes us all feel good to get into our swimwear.
And why shouldn’t we! Our bodies are all completely different and we should be celebrating that fact.
At 53, I love bikinis, I love having an all over tan in the summer with as few white bits as possible. I don’t want to dumb myself down as I get older, I want to celebrate that I am still here! My aim is to keep on wearing bikinis well into my 80s if I am lucky enough to get there.
I have learnt to love the aging process. I will never look like I did in my 20s again, but I do enjoy looking after myself way more than I did back then. A better diet, more exercise and a lot of self-care makes me feel good on the inside as well as the outside.
I love that other cultures like to celebrate their elders. I think we should embrace this in western society instead of just fetishizing youth.
Aging isn’t something to be feared but embraced.

”Great shape but you look like you’re in your 80s,” a third chimed in.
Luckily, it wasn’t all harsh comments, as loads of kind-hearted people raced to hit back at the bullies.
One said: ”These comments did not pass the vibe check! So what if she has implants?
”She looks better than most 20 year olds. Be nice and do better!”
Another penned: ”I’m jealous! Them abs ain’t fake!”
A third urged: ”I am so sorry people are so mean! C’mon people!! You can do better! Empower each other!! You look great!”
