Three individuals were arrested in Gurgaon for impersonating Samsung officials and executing a cyber fraud scheme. The accused under the pretense of offering new mobile phones, scammed victims into transferring money. The funds were then distributed among them, and victims' contact information was blocked. Police have initiated an investigation following the arrest.
