SWEATING can cramp anyone’s style, especially when it results in acne.
One person has figured out the perfect skincare product to avoid break outs.
Redditor Ilovenyc shared the tip in a post on the social media platform.
They called the skincare product their “holy grail.”
“For folks who go to the gym a lot or do any kind of physical activity, hypochlorous acid spray is a game changer,” they wrote.
“I’ve been spraying my face before and after gym and I haven’t had a breakout for almost a month.
“I always, always, and always have some kind of breakout going on and I knew it was from the sweats in the gym.”
They added that although it changed their skin for the better, there is a minor caveat.
“This thing is amazing,” they said.
“It doesn’t smell good (smells like bleach) but you get used to it.”
They even replaced a crucial skincare step with the spray instead for a faster routine.
“Recently, instead of washing my face in the morning, I just spray on my face and then carry on with my routine,” they revealed.
They recommended that others do their own research before buying and using it.
The SkinSmart Facial Cleanser for Acne is sold for $17.46 on Amazon.
Several other Redditors attested to its efficiency in tackling acne.
“Skinsmart hypochlorous acid is my holy grail, too,” one wrote.
“It always makes my skin kind of glowy, too, which is a bonus.
“[It] heals scratches, disinfects popped pimples, prevents acne, even can help with cysts if you catch them before they start getting out of control.”
“I use it in the morning instead of washing my face,” another added.
“And after I workout if I’m not showering right away.”
“It’s so good,” a third gushed.
“I spritz it on my torso every few days and I have zero body acne.”
