According to reporting by The Hollywood Reporter, James will play Ultron again in a new series that is a spinoff of the Disney+ show WandaVision. The new series is currently untitled but will focus on Vision, who is played by Paul Bettany.
Little is known about the show yet. However, it is expected to center on the white version of Vision, who was introduced in WandaVision. The outlet reported that it would be about his “search for a new purpose in life.”
It is also unclear what role Ultron would play in the show. However, Vision did defeat him in Age of Ultron, so that might set up a new story to be explored.
We first learned about the Vision show earlier this year. Here’s everything we know.
WandaVision will continue with another spinoff series called Agatha All Along. It premieres on September 18 – watch the trailer.
