BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) – An affordable housing lottery that recently opened up in Brooklyn features "luxury hotel-style amenities," according to its website.
The 2667 Fulton Street Apartments have amenities that include parking, bike storage, shared laundry, a gym, a yoga and dance studio, numerous outdoor areas, a rooftop terrace and air conditioning. Some of the amenities do have additional fees.
There are 28 units available ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom apartments. The least expensive apartment in the building is a one-bedroom that costs $907 a month.
Tenants are responsible for electricity, including their stove, heat and hot water. To be eligible for the affordable housing lottery, you must make between $36,069 and $181,740 yearly.
The complex is near the A, C, L, J and Z trains.
