In Gurgaon, three young boys aged 8 to 11 sustained burns while flying a kite when it contacted an 11 kV power line in Jharsa. The incident took place around 6 pm. The boys were treated initially at a local hospital and then transferred to Safdarjung Hospital, where they are in stable condition with 30 percent burns.
