Pro skater Nicole Hause has revealed her first Nike SB Dunk.
The Nicole Hause x Nike SB Dunk Low will release during the upcoming holiday season, as confirmed by the 26-year-old skater herself. A light blue dupplin check is used for the Swoosh, while a thick silver-tone chain with a Nike SB charm hangs from the left shoe’s heel and collar and can be removed to wear as a bracelet. The print also repeats inside a cut-out Nike logo on the mustache, while the insole features a custom graphic that includes Hause’s name in cursive to match the tongue tag. Three different lace options include white, blue and a dotted stripe pattern.
Hause is a goofy-footed skater from Minnesota who competed in her first X Games in 2016 and was named to the inaugural U.S.A. Skateboarding National Team in 2019. Her other sponsors include Real Skateboards, Independent Trucks and Spitfire Wheels. The baby blue of Hause’s Dunk also matches her sunglasses collaboration with Sad Eyewear released at the beginning of summer.
Nike has emphasized female skaters this year, as team rider Rayssa Leal, the 16-year-old who won bronze in this summer’s Olympic street competition, got her own SB Dunk Low earlier this year. The artist and skateboarder Di’orr Greenwood also released a collection featuring the SB Dunk High and Blazer Mid in May, and Converse rider Alexis Sablone is getting a pack featuring the SB Dunk Low and her Converse AS-1 signature sneaker later this month.
The Nicole Hause x Nike SB Dunk Low will release during the holiday 2024 season. Pricing is set at $125.
