I’m picky with men and dating apps are useless – but I’ve found the place where all the hot guys hang out
A MUM has revealed the perfect place to meet a man – and it’s the last location people would think to look.
Lynne Cavanagh, 45, has three kids and admits she’s picky when it comes to finding a partner.
But it’s not so easy in the current dating climate where many folk aren’t what they seem.
Thankfully, Lynne has sussed out the ultimate hack to find someone special.
Posting on TikTok (Lynne_lyon), the social media fave said: “Right ladies, we’re doing it all wrong.
“Get off the dating websites. Get off online. Stop going out on a Saturday night.
“Stop going out on a Saturday night looking for the guys of our dreams.
“My pal phoned and said ‘I’m here and they can’t do enough for me.’
“They’re trying to help me in and out of my car, trying to carry things for me, they’re being all lively.
“And where was she? She was at Screwfix. She’d put an order in to pick something up and it was a larger item and there’s guys in the queue saying ‘you want me to carry that out to your car, darling?’
“They’re all workmen, they’ll be able to do your DIY, and she says they’re all hot.”
Lynne added: “So guess what. I’m getting my gladrags on and I’m putting in an order at Screwfix.
“And I’m going down like a wee damsel in distress kidding on I can’t carry my wee bag of screws and hopefully somebody will carry them out to my car for me.
“Who’s with me? Who’s joining the Screwfix club? We all need screws.”
Those in the comments were quick to get on board with Lynne’s idea.

Another wrote: “Omg I love this just as well I need new lock for my doors hopefully they offer to fit them as well. I need a tradesman in my life.”
