EPE LG CHAIRMAN HARPS ON EDUCATIONAL PURSUIT
… Gives Out 100 Free GCE Forms To Students
The Chairman of Epe Local Government, Princess Surah Animashaun has given out 100 General Certificate Examination (GCE) forms while encouraging the youths of Epe to make educational pursuit a priority.
Animashaun made the donation
through her “Nurture Them To Success” programme designed to support 100 students with free GCE forms in the Local Government Area.
According to the Chairman, “You are the future of our dear Local Government, the state and the nation at large and we will keep doing everything that will help actualise and advance your dreams, visions and goals that will adequately equip you to become successful individuals in your various academic pursuits”.
“I believe that through education and knowledge, youths can help grow and develop our society while also proffering innovative ideas to solve societal problems”, she said.
Reiterating that the gesture is not a one-time initiative as other educational packages and programmes for students will soon be rolled out, Princess Animasahun urged the beneficiaries to study hard and not get distracted but work towards academic excellence to encourage and motivate her administration to do more.
On their part, the excited beneficiaries promised to score high marks to show their appreciation for the Chairman’s kind gesture and for reigniting their educational dreams.
