We want everyone attending the game tonight, and all games this season, to enjoy themselves and wish to highlight the Three ‘S’ that will help with that objective.
The ‘S’ are Safety, Security and Service and their objectives are –
Safety
To facilitate the safe arrival and departure of all players, staff, and supporters of both clubs and to ensure as reasonably practical that the match passes peacefully, safely and without incident. Where any incident occurs, it should be dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Security
To provide a safe and secure environment for all persons within The city Stadium.
Service
To facilitate the enjoyment of all supporters attending the match, by providing a courteous, professional and, where required, a firm approach at all times.
In order that these objectives can be met we need everyone to play their part and are issuing the following guidelines –
Access to the Stadium is available from 6.45pm and supporters are asked to leave early for the game and give themselves plenty time for travelling on public transport or parking close to The city Stadium.
We would ask everyone to refer to the supporter information already posted on the club web site and linked below, which gives further details regarding travelling to the match.

Stewards will be on duty in and around the stadium to ensure that the Rules and Regulations of The Scottish Professional Football League, that have been updated for Season 2024/ 25 are rigorously applied, particularly in relation to alcohol related issues and any unacceptable conduct.
We expect all supporters to act in a responsible and respectable manner and Stewards will adopt a professional service approach to enforcing ground regulations, and codes of conduct, to ensure the match is enjoyable for all the right reasons.
Queen’s Park supporters have a long history of good behaviour that deserves to be recognised, however that does not mean that the club can take anything other than a zero-tolerance approach to any misconduct that brings the club into disrepute.
At a recent match a number of glass bottles were ‘sneaked’ into the ground at the home end, and discarded after consumption, and this activity shows that the club cannot be complacent in their approach to safety.
Home and Away Supporters who are minded to carry or discharge pyrotechnics at the stadium should be aware that robust searching will be in operation before entry and this searching will be supported by extensive CCTV.
Pyrotechnics may seem like a bit of colourful fun, but they are deemed to be dangerous, and their usage carries severe penalties. Any supporter who is found in possession or discharges any pyrotechnic may be arrested and will be banned from attending future matches.
Also please be advised that supporters who come to the ground intoxicated will not be permitted entry and again could be arrested.
This is an important fixture for Queen’s Park and Livingston, and we encourage all supporters to come along and support both clubs with safety in mind.
Fans come to a match to enjoy themselves in safety, and we would ask them to please support the club and Stewards to provide a service that ensures the proper secure environment.
