During the final stages of Manchester United‘s 1-0 defeat to Arsenal in May a thunderstorm saw water streaming through the stands at Old Trafford.
However while that has not yet been fixed the club revealed on Friday that tunnel has and fans are over the moon.
The renovation features a red and black tunnel adorned with the United crest on the ceiling.
“The Theatre of Dreams” is prominently displayed across the exit leading onto the pitch.
One fan said about the reveal: “This is so beautiful. Love to see it! Love that ‘The Theatre of Dreams’ inscription.
“This is the season where we start competing for the big trophies again. Are we ready, United family?”
Another added: “This is beautiful.”

But one fan shared an image of the leaky roof and asked “How about this?”
In recent years Red Devils chiefs have considered putting a new roof on their traditional home.
But they have always decided against doing so, deeming it too costly a measure.
Since completing their partial purchase of the Red Devils earlier this year, Ineos have explored the possibility of building a £2billion “Wembley of the north”.
In March, Sir Jim Ratcliffe outlined plans for a 100,000 seater stadium on the existing Old Trafford site.
