Serie A giants Juventus are prepared to press the accelerator on their pursuit of Newcastle United winger target Nicolas Gonzalez this summer.
The 26-year-old winger has four years left on his contract at Fiorentina but is likely to leave before the end of the window this month.
Atalanta have been interested in taking him to Bergamo and while Newcastle are yet to take a call on whether to pursue his signature, Gonzalez features on their shortlist of targets.
However, Newcastle could have to take a call soon as Juventus are putting in legwork to make a move for the Argentinian this summer.
According to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, the Serie A giants are prepared to step up their efforts to sign the winger.
Juventus are several irons in the fire at the moment but the club are set to soon push the button on a proposed move for Gonzalez.
The Bianconeri are prepared to offer a proposal worth €30m to Fiorentina to convince them to sell Gonzalez.
La Viola are likely to demand more money as their asking price for the Argentinian is around the €35m mark.
