Louisiana is one of those places where if you didn't grow up here you may feel left out of some conversations or at the very least confused. We tend to talk to each other differently here which is made even more apparent anytime you travel outside the state or talk to someone from out of town. The way we describe doing daily tasks, ask certain questions and even how we say something looks cute, is something unique to Louisiana.
