COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) - From annual festivals and a 5K walk and run, to a match between the Columbus Crew and Kansas City, here are things to see and do this weekend in central Ohio.
Columbus Crew vs. Sporting Kansas City

The Columbus Crew is back after a short break as it plays Sporting Kansas City in the Leagues Cup round of 32. This is the second iteration of the expanded Leagues Cup with every MLS and Mexican league club participating. If the Crew wins, it advances to the round of 16.
Friday through Sunday at locations in Gahanna
Gahanna is celebrating its 175th anniversary. Events start Friday with Creekside Live at Creekside District from 5 to 10 p.m. The city will hold its jubilee on Saturday at Creekside District from 6 to 10 p.m., followed by more activities on Sunday.
AAMWA Black Men's Wellness Day
Livingston Park at 7 a.m. on Saturday
The African American Male Wellness Agency is holding its annual Black Men's Wellness Day with a 5K walk and run, health screenings, entertainment and more. The event aims to eliminate health disparities and racism in the community.
Genoa Park from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday
The family friendly event is free and celebrates community with two days of live music, food vendors, art, fashion and more.
Scioto River from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday
Enjoy a complimentary kayak, tandem kayaking and rentals for the day to experience the summer views from the Scioto River.
Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, now through Sept. 29
The festival will showcase a dazzling display of more than 60 sets of stunning Asian lanterns, each shaped like animals from around the world. Visitors will also be able to enjoy live cultural performances, free rides on select attractions and more.
