Towie star Cara Kilbey’s daughter, 8, rushed to hospital after nasty accident on holiday as she’s pictured in A&E bed
TOWIE star Cara Kilbey’s daughter has been rushed to hospital after a nasty accident on holiday in Spain.
Cara, 36, shared a photo of Penelope, eight, in an A&E bed as she took to her Instagram Stories yesterday.
The influencer wrote: “Well today didn’t go to plan… my little darling fell off those poxy monkey bars in San Pedro and fractured her wrist.
“After a long day in hospital and surgery she’ll hopefully be back on the mend… But no more swimming this holiday.”
Cara also shares Hunter, eight, and Jagger, two, with her fiancé Daniel Harris.
The mum-of-three revealed her happy news back in 2022 alongside a picture of numerous vases of white flowers, telling her followers: “Before I said… YES .”
Her famous pals rushed to comment on the news with Frankie Essex writing: “Congratulations babe omg sooo happy for you guys ”
Megan McKenna commented: “Congratulations!! .”
And Billie Faiers added: “Huge Congratulations ”
Cara joined the cast of The Only Way Is Essex in September 2011. She was introduced to fans as Billi Mucklow‘s best friend.
She met her boyfriend Daniel in 2014 and a year later she tragically suffered a miscarriage when she was five months pregnant.
They went on to have Penelope and Hunter, who was born shortly after Daniel served time in jail for possessing criminal property in February 2017.
Last year, prior to falling pregnant with Jagger, Cara was rushed to hospital for an emergency operation.
It was discovered she had suffered a ruptured ectopic pregnancy.
The former reality star told fans at the time: “Last month I found out I had an ectopic pregnancy that had ruptured and caused an internal bleed, so was rushed into theatre for an emergency op.
“I was lucky enough to have keyhole surgery and just the one Fallopian tube taken away.”
