It’s been a fairly short and sweet pre-season campaign for Liverpool and their new manager Arne Slot.
Aside from a behind-closed-doors defeat to Preston, Liverpool have played three matches against Real Betis, Arsenal and Manchester United – and won the lot!
They’ll look to continue their progress against Sevilla on Sunday, which will mark Slot’s first game at Anfield as Liverpool manager.
It’s all looked fairly promising in these early stages for the Dutchman, who’s attacking approach has been positively received by supporters.

The Reds have organised a behind-closed-doors friendly against Las Palmas later on Sunday, but you would expect the majority of Slot’s starters to start ahead of next week’s opener against promoted Ipswich.
This is Sevilla’s sixth and final pre-season outing and will arrive in high spirits after three successive wins – including a 2-1 win over Fulham last time out.
