THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) – Water was seen flooding an MTA in the Bronx Tuesday night.
It happened on a Bx34 bus, according to X user @thecathy926, who recorded the video.
The bus didn't seem to stop despite seepage as it went through high water.
The rider who posted the video wrote on X that the MTA should have taken an alternative route.
Heavy storms drenched the tri-state area Tuesday night into Wednesday, leaving flooding and damage in its wake. Cars got stuck on major roadways that flooded, trees toppled over onto cars and a utility pole sparked in New York City.
An MTA bus flooded in Brooklyn last September.
