Movements of cargo and passengers at five strategic integrated check posts on the India-Bangladesh border came to a halt due to prevailing law and order conditions in Bangladesh. Significant trade worth thousands of crores was facilitated by these posts. Security measures have been heightened by BSF and the Army in response to the situation.
