North Korea has unveiled a new tactical ballistic missile system, with 250 launchers, at a ceremony overseen by Kim Jong Un in Pyongyang on August 4. The system, possibly the "Hwasong-11" launcher, is expected to be deployed near the South Korean border. Kim emphasized North Korea's enhanced nuclear readiness in response to US-led alliances.
