Meghan Markle played a huge role in Prince William and Prince Harry's feud. There was also a time when the Duchess of Sussex and the Prince of Wales had a verbal row.
In Prince Harry's memoir Spare, the Duke of Sussex shared multiple not-so-flattering encounters between him, his wife, and his family. According to her, Markle commented on Kate Middletot reportedly resulted in a verbal row between Markle and Prince William, who immediately defended his wife.
Prince William allegedly "pointed a finger at Meghan" and told her, "Well, it's rude, Meghan. These things are not done here." Marke reportedly didn't sit back and instead clapped back, telling her brother-in-law, "If you don't mind, keep your finger out of my face," Animated Times reported.
Prince Harry also detailed in his book a physical fight with his big brother Prince William. According to him, the heir to the throne visited him at his and Markle's home, and Prince William was coming for his wife.
"It was at a time where he was being told certain things by people within his office. And at the same time, he was consuming a lot of the tabloid press, a lot of the stories. And he had a few issues which were based not on reality. And I was defending my wife. And he was coming for my wife — she wasn't there at the time but through the things that he was saying. I was defending myself," he told Anderson Cooper during their interview for 60 Minutes, People reported.
In his memoir and recent interviews, Prince Harry repeatedly said that he and Prince William grew apart after Princess Diana's death. He added that sibling rivalry played a part.
In the same interview with Cooper, he explained that he didn't want to hurt his family but chose to share intimate details about his family because it "does give a full picture of the situation as we were growing up and also squashes this idea that somehow my wife was the one that destroyed the relationship between these two brothers."
Royal historian Gareth Russell also said that the Duke of Sussex's revelations in his book absolves Meghan Markle from the rift between the two brothers.
"She said, 'I feel like in many ways this exonerates Megan from the accusation that she stirred up all this trouble between them,'" Russell told Us Weekly Wednesday. "When Will and Kate came over and I had met her for the first time, they came over for dinner. I remember I was in ripped jeans and barefoot. Like I was a hugger, always been a hugger. I didn't realize that that is really jarring for a lot of Brits. I guess I'd start to understand very quickly that the formality on the outside, carried through on the inside. There is a forward-facing way of being and then you close the door and you relax now. But that formality carries over on both sides. And that was surprising to me," she said (via People).
"So, my understanding is that the royals, certainly the King and the Queen Consort, will not be watching the docuseries. And William and Kate, well, my understanding again, was that they were on the school run today. They weren’t at home when the docuseries aired. It was business as usual, family first, and I don’t believe they will be watching it, no," she said.

The tipster went on that the Horrible Bosses star has been making subtle "secret messages" to tell her sister-in-law that "she'll never back down."
According to sources, the Duchess of Cambridge hasn't forgiven the Duchess of Sussex for the things she said in her and Prince Harry's interview with Oprah Winfrey. Markle claimed that the reports about her making Middleton cry were not true because "the reverse happened."
Markle confirmed that there was a misunderstanding between her and Middleton over the bridesmaids' dresses, which included Princess Charlotte, and Prince William's wife "made me cry, and it really hurt my feelings."
Middleton has not addressed the report despite the netizens wanting to hear her side. Prince Harry's sister-in-law has practiced the late Queen's "never complain, never explain" mantra.

However, several body language experts agreed that there was tension between Middleton and Markle during the joint walkabout. They noticed how Middleton took her distance and never even looked at Markle.
"She was being genuine. It was not in her heart to smile at Meghan, so she didn't do it," body analyst Dr. Lillian Glass told Page Six. "Meghan, on the other hand, looked like a sad and desperate puppy as she tried to catch Kate's eye gaze repeatedly. But Kate was having none of it," the analyst added.
