LOVE Island fans haven’t forgiven one boy for his antics in the villa as he left a sweet message for Mimii beneath her latest photo.
It appears that the pair have moved past their feud but fans have not.
Sean Stone left a sweet comment under Mimii Ngulube’s Instagram post[/caption] In the villa, Sean repeatedly asserted that Mimii’s feelings for Josh Oyinsan were not genuine and that she actually wanted to be with Ayo[/caption]Mimii shared an Instagram post where she reflected on her Love Island journey and shared candid snaps from the villa and after the show.
She captioned the post: “A TIME HAS BEEN HAD!! Thank you guys so much for all the love we’ve come home to.
“Life really does come at you fast! And this is something I never thought would happen to me.
“I’ve met so many amazing people and blessed to be in the position I’m in. Thank you for your patience, Josh and I are now more settled and just needed some time to adjust, let’s av itttt!!”
Sean Stone commented: “Slay everyday,” alongisde a hands of praise emoji and heart eyes.
One fan unimpressed by Sean’s comment wrote: “Oh please keep it moving.”
Whilst another added: “We the nation don’t forgive you even if Mimi does!”
Mimii’s Love Island pals were also quick to praise the star with Matilda Draper commenting: “AHHHHH MY MIMILINIIIIIIIIIII,” and Reuben Collins commenting: “We Stan.”
During their time in the villa, Sean and Mimii struggled to maintain a friendship due to Sean’s repeated criticism of Mimii’s relationship with cast member Josh Oyinsan.
Despite Mimii and Josh becoming exclusive during their time in the ITV2 villa, Sean frequently disparaged their connection, suggesting it was insincere and accused Mimii of harbouring feelings for contestant Ayo Odukoya.
Before Josh arrived as a bombshell, Mimii was heartbroken over her breakup with Ayo, who had formed a connection with Jess Spencer during Casa Amor.
When Josh entered and pursued Mimii, Sean and his villa pal Joey Essex persistently claimed that Mimii wasn’t genuinely interested in Josh and implied she secretly wanted to reconnect with Ayo.
This caused significant tension between Josh and Mimii, as well as between Ayo and Jess.
Mimii pulled Ayo for one last chat to discuss their connection. Ayo expressed that he was only interested in pursuing a relationship with Jess.
Consequently, they parted ways and focused fully on their respective couples.
Both couples frequently called out Sean and Joey, urging them to stop their disruptive comments.
Mimii and Josh made history as the first all-black couple to scoop the £50K prize in Love Island‘s history.
Ciaran Davies and Nicole Samuel came second whilst Sean and Matilda came third.
