It’s official: Blake Lively’s hair care line is finally available. The award-winning actress announced her new venture late last month and the beauty industry couldn’t be more excited. Out of all the celebrity beauty brands released, this one is surprising yet fitting. Her honey-blond tresses have always been her signature for her ultra-glamorous roles in projects like Gossip Girl or A Simple Favor. And now she’s created a line, Blake Brown, to help you bring that vibrant bounce to your strands.
With over seven years in the making, Lively called her new brand a “labor of love.” “I was determined to bottle up a premium, salon-quality hair care line that’s cleaner, cruelty-free, easier, yummier, more sustainable, and more accessible than anything I saw out there,” the mom of four said in a press release. And with her most expensive product costing just $25 it seems like she hit the nail right on the head.
Blake Brown consists of eight hair care products with a philosophy built on “a system that alternates between strengthening and nourishing formulas to deliver what healthy hair needs most – the right balance of strength and moisture,” according to the press release.

According to the brand, this pre-shampoo mask is formulated with plant proteins and infused with notes of sandalwood, amber, lily of the valley, vanilla, and milky musks. It’s intended to penetrate your hair to restore it to its natural state.
If you’re aiming to have stronger roots and hair follicles or feel as if your hair is damaged, reach for this strengthening shampoo. It’s made with plant-based proteins that restore the appearance of damaged strands and bring a healthier, fuller look back to your hair.
But if you’re looking for something that’ll give you a deep cleanse, the nourishing shampoo is the way to go. According to the brand, it’s designed to “cleanse your hair while revitalizing it with hydration and nutrition.”
Who doesn’t love a good multipurpose product? This leave-in potion is “built for any time softening, detangling, frizz-fighting, priming, hair styling, and perfuming,” according to the brand. It’s infused with notes of apricot, bergamot, pink peppercorn, and tonka.
Lively’s not a fan of conditioners. Instead, hair masks are the way to go. “[It’s] formulated to properly hydrate and replenish your strands,” per the brand. It’s infused with notes of bergamot, cardamom, fig, and sandalwood.
Similar to the nourishing mask, the strengthening mask is like a deep conditioning treatment to bring damaged hair back to life.
Take your hairstyle to the next level with this yummy-smelling mousse. Per the brand, it gives you that iconic Blake Lively volume and bounce while extending the life of your look.
And everyone needs a good dry shampoo. This lightweight formula rounds out the new collection and can be used “day after day to maximize freshness” per the brand.
