Despite their financial capabilities to make almost any romantic getaway or gesture a reality, insiders suggest that such extravagance could point to deeper issues within their relationship.
“They’ve both gotten so codependent the idea that they won’t see each other for even a few weeks is totally sickening for them,” an insider revealed to Life & Style.
Codependency occurs when someone becomes overly dependent on their partner for emotional support and validation, leading to an unhealthy relationship dynamic. This can result in intense separation anxiety and jealousy. While passion and attachment are normal, excessive dependency can cause significant stress.
For Swift, it seems the fear of other women trying to get Kelce is particularly unsettling. “Taylor is especially freaked out because she’s always got this fear of other women trying to get at Travis hanging over her head,” the source explained. “She trusts him and he’s not done anything to make her worry, but the reality is he’s a guy and there’s always temptation.”

Despite celebrating their one-year anniversary this summer, questions remain about the sustainability of their intense connection. “If their relationship is as solid as they say it is, that shouldn’t be such a big deal,” the insider concluded. There have definitely been reports of jealousy on both sides, and it seems like this intense need to constantly be near each other — even if it racks up a six to seven-figure price tag — is the top priority.
