IT may feel like you can’t wear a bikini the older you get, but Harrah Brown is proving it to be wrong.
The 64 year old internet sensation is determined to not let her age get in the way of living a youthful life.

The blonde beauty does this by showing off her “amazing” body, which she worked hard on by doing resistance training.
The mum of four says: “We each have free will to live our lives as we wish.
“It feels good to be healthy, strong and fit at this age. When I started resistance training Sept 2020, I was weak and had no energy or stamina. Not anymore.”
Harrah revealed that she didn’t start off with a muscular body, and in fact was “underweight, weak and frail.”
Now she eats 120g protein daily.
She adds: “Getting in shape at this age is possible with patience, consistency, determination.
“It’s an ongoing process of trial and error, but worth the journey!”
Harrah regularly posts videos in her bikini, and in one particular video she wore a white bardot top with matching bikini bottoms, and it got over 4.7 million views.
The video, which showed her looking super glamorous with curled hair, also attracted over 7,000 people rushing to the comments section to share their thoughts.

Another woman asked: “Did you workout your whole life?”
To which Harrah explained: “I worked out off and on throughout the years. I started consistently in 2020 at age 61.”
Someone else added: “This is a perfect example of what we do regularly and in private manifesting on the outside. Appropriate disciplined lifestyle shows.”

She told Fabulous: “The science is evident that we all have the power to make simple life changing alterations to better our future selves – no matter what genetic hand we might have been dealt with.
“The reality is, we all sometimes indulge in unhealthy eating habits like processed foods, smoking cigarettes, drinking too much alcohol, inhaling city pollutants, and even drinking water from plastic bottles – none of this is good for us.
“All this does is promote the ageing process, but we all have the potential to change this.”
It may be hard, but try to keep away from sugary carbohydrates, because they feed chronic inflammation, which is one of the worst enemies of reversing ageing.
