His illustrious career includes key roles with prestigious brands such as Four Seasons and Hyatt, where he honed his expertise in Rooms, Food and Beverage, Revenue Management, and Sales and Marketing. Before joining The Vines Resort & Spa, Sebastián served as the General Manager of Carmelo Resort & Spa in Uruguay. In this role, he successfully led the transition of the resort from a Hyatt-branded property to an independent resort, significantly enhancing both operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
