ARLINGTON, Staten Island (PIX11) -- A fatal shooting in Arlington on Staten Island early Wednesday morning is under police investigation.
Two people were shot in front of 56 Roxbury Street at around 5:07 a.m., according to the NYPD.
Police located two 28-year-old men with gunshot wounds.
One victim, identified as Shamel Massie, was shot in the head and arms and pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The second victim had a gunshot wound to the left arm and was taken to the Richmond University Medical Center.
No arrests have been made as of Wednesday morning. Investigations remain ongoing.
