A NEW channel has burst on TV screens today right in time for the kids starting their summer holiday break.
And it’s completely free via a little-known service hidden on people’s TVs.
A load of televisions now come with streamed channels which rely on an internet connection instead of traditional methods like an aerial, cable or satellite.
These are known as FAST, which stands for free ad-supported television.
And Samsung is one of the big TV brands which has FAST channels on its service called Samsung TV Plus.
As of today, Samsung TV owners will find the Pop Up channel available.
Pop Up is a sister channel to existing networks Pop and Tiny Pop.
It has a different theme each week – this week it’s Miraculous series one to four and the Miraculous movie specials.
Next week, it’ll change to Kung Fu Sock series one.
Then the weeks after will show Droners series one, Bakugan season two to three, and Total Dramarama respectively.
If you have an LG TV, you should already find Pop Up available via LG Channels.
Those without either, fear not – as Pop Up can be accessed via your web browser on Plex too.
Plex works with Amazon Fire Stick, Roku, Android, PlayStation, Xbox and many more.
There are more than 150 channels available on Samsung TV Plus in the UK.
You can expect some big name brands such as Sky Mix, UKTV and Sony on the TV guide.
Samsung TV Plus can be accessed from the app bar on the bottom of your screen.
Here you’ll see a Samsung TV Plus icon that will take you to a host of extra channels.

They’ve been around for a while now but many were filled with pretty rubbish programmes.
Now, bigger names have got on board, including Sky and Dave broadcaster UKTV in the UK.
Sure, you won’t find the latest big budget shows and movies on them.
But they’re a great alternative to all the paid streamers around and won’t cost you a penny.
