Simone Biles is dishing on the Team USA Women’s Gymnastics team following their big win at the 2024 Paris Olympics!
The 27-year-old became the most decorated US gymnast of all time on Tuesday (July 30) when her and her teammates – Hezly Rivera, Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles and Sunisa Lee – picked up the gold medal during the team final.
They scored 171.296, beating out Italy and Brazil, and besting their own silver medal placement at the last Olympic games in Tokyo.
Following their win, Simone revealed what their team name is after joking about it earlier during a press conference.
Past team names have been Fighting Four, Final Five and Fierce Five.

At the press conference, the ladies shared the abbreviation, “F.A.A.F.O.,” meaning “f–k around and find out.”
Later on, Simone shared the “real name” on X (Formerly Twitter).
“okay on the real though, the official team name is ✨golden girls✨ (because oldest olympic team) s/o to cecile????????” she wrote.
Cecile likely refers to Simone‘s coach Cécile Canqueteau-Landi at the World Champions Centre in Spring, Texas.
At 27, Simone is the oldest Olympic gymnast from the US in 72 years. Her teammates ages are as follows: Hezly is 16, Suni is 21, Jordan is 23 and Jade is 24.
