Real estate stocks have surged over the past year, with the S&P BSE Realty index soaring 90%. DLF stock climbed over 60%, reaching a record high of Rs 967 in April 2024. However, since then, it has fluctuated within a range, finding support above 800 but struggling to stay above the 50-day moving average (50-DMA). After a brief dip in June following a 50-DMA test, the stock rebounded upon retesting the 200-DMA. Though it drifted lower that month, it regained momentum in July.
