The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session for the consideration of Executive Calendar #708, Stacey D. Neumann, of Maine, to be United States District Judge for the District of Maine.
At approx. 12:00pm amendment #3022 will be withdrawn and the Senate will vote on the motion to concur in the House amendment to S.2073 with amendment #3021 (KOSA/COPPA) without further intervening action or debate.
The Senate will then recess until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.
At approx. 2:30pm the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #708, Stacey D. Neumann, of Maine, to be United States District Judge for the District of Maine. If cloture is invoked on the Neumann nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired at 4:15pm and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
