WITH temperatures soaring this week, Brits may find themselves getting a tad bit hot and bothered whilst trying to keep cool indoors.
It also means you may feel not up to getting heated in the sheets with your partner. But the hot weather shouldn’t affect your sex life.
In fact relationship and sex expert Kate Taylor believes it’s actually the best time to get active in the bedroom.
She says: “As the temperature shoots up this week, expect your libido to follow suit.
“Summer can heat up the action in your bedroom because sunlight floods your body with the (aptly named) Vitamin D and increases your levels of feel-good serotonin.”
Here, Kate reveals her top sex positions to keep you cool whilst getting heated in the sheets this week.
Put a sheet down on the floor. Heat rises so if you stay low, you’ll stay cool.
Now both sit on the sheet facing each other, with her legs wrapped around his back.
In this position, you can kiss, stroke and touch each other as you move, but still break apart if the temperature gets too hot.
