Fulham will put Crystal Palace target Emile Smith Rowe through a medical later this week after agreeing terms for him, according to Sky Sports News.
Smith Rowe is a player that Arsenal have been willing to offload for the right price and he has drawn interest from two London teams.
Crystal Palace boss OIiver Glasner is an admirer of the attacker and was claimed to want him at Selhurst Park, but Fulham have flashed the cash to see off competition from Selhurst Park.
An agreement on a fee is now in place with Arsenal and the deal could net the Gunners £34m.
Fulham will pay £27m plus £7m in add-ons for Smith Rowe and are planning to put him through a medical later this week.
The Cottagers already have personal terms wrapped up with Smith Rowe which will speed the completion of the deal.
Once he puts pen to paper to join Fulham, he is expected to fly out to the club’s training camp in Portugal.
Smith Rowe is keen to play regular football this season and that looked likely to elude him if he remained at Arsenal.
